Senior, Deputy Manager and Registered Manager

Within all teams here at The Lodge Trust, there are:

        coordinators
        senior support staff
        deputy managers
        senior managers

When a vacancy arises for any of these roles, they are usually advertised internally first to give our staff the opportunity to apply before we advertise externally. 

Training is provided within all of these roles.
