Champions

Champions are appointed within both our residential service and our work and education service. 

They are members of our support and care staff team who are appointed to take the lead in a specific area of work; for example, medical appointments or infection control.

They receive extra training in this area if needed and are responsible for ensuring that the area of work that they champion is well organized and runs efficiently. They receive an increase in pay for this extra responsibility.
