Creative Enterprise Horticulture Coordinator

Full-time position - 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary: £27,242 to £28,254 depending on experience

Be a calming, leading presence in our Gardens and Greenhouses

Key responsibilities:

Managing the Horticulture offering at The Lodge Trust
Leading a work team of people with learning disabilities to maintain the gardens at The Lodge Trust
Working with residents and with the team to produce quality produce and plants for sale
Supporting people with learning disabilities to learn and develop horticultural skills

Requirements:

NVQ2 or Care Certificate (or willingness to train)
Worked in a professional horticultural environment for at least 2 years
